I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor #18626. My approach to counselling is collaborative and relational. I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental space where you can connect with your thoughts and feelings in compassionate and transformative ways. I work alongside you as you move through your own introspective journey, a journey that honours your innate wisdom, authenticity and well-being.

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating feelings of anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, life transitions, parenthood and personal growth.

I acknowledge that I offer individual therapy on the traditional and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), Stó:lō, Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), scəẃaθən məsteyəxʷ (Tsawwassen) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
